1. What services do you offer?

We provide full-service residential landscape design and construction, specializing in custom outdoor living environments, landscape construction, pools, and complete property transformations.

2. Do you handle both design and installation? 

Yes. Each project is fully managed from initial concept through final installation. This design-build approach ensures continuity, accuracy, and a seamless execution of the original vision.

3. Do you do maintenance work?

No. We focus exclusively on full-scale residential design-build projects and do not offer maintenance.

4. What is your typical project budget?

Project investment varies based on scope, materials, and site conditions. Most of our work involves custom residential transformations, and we discuss realistic budgets during an initial consultation. After an initial consultation, we provide detailed pricing during presentation of the design. 

5. How long does a typical project take?

Timelines vary depending on complexity and scope. After the design phase is complete, construction schedules are provided so clients have a clear understanding of the full process.

6. Do you work outside of Atlanta?

We serve Greater Atlanta including Buckhead, Brookhaven, Sandy Springs, Alpharetta, Roswell, and surrounding areas. Additional locations are considered based on project scope.

7. What is your process?

Our process includes three phases: consultation and site review, custom design development, and full construction and installation.

8. Who will I be working with?

Each project is led directly by founder, David Neuman from design through construction, ensuring continuity and a highly intentional result.
