Landscape Creative Design | Build is owned and operated by David Neuman. David has always been driven by a passion for creativity and the outdoors. From a young age, he found joy in sketching golf course designs on paper, a clear sign that his future would be rooted in design and construction. That passion led him to the University of Georgia, where he earned his Bachelor's of Landscape Architecture in 2016.

After graduation, David began his career in golf course construction, where he developed a deep understanding of large-scale land shaping, grading, and the intricate details of outdoor design. While he valued the experience, he soon found himself drawn to residential landscape design-build—a space where he could work closely with homeowners and create meaningful, transformative outdoor environments.

With an entrepreneurial mindset from the start, David always knew he wanted to build something of his own. He founded his landscape design-build company to combine his love for hands-on creativity with the ability to make a lasting impact on people’s lives. His work goes beyond aesthetics; it enhances the way people experience their outdoor spaces, creating functional, beautiful environments tailored to their lifestyles.
