Landscape Creative Design | Build is a Greater Atlanta residential landscape design‑build firm founded by David Neuman. With a lifelong passion for creativity and outdoor spaces, David knew early on that his career would be rooted in design and making beautiful landscapes that enhance how people live.

David’s journey began with sketching golf course designs as a kid and led him to the University of Georgia, where he earned his Bachelor’s in Landscape Architecture. After gaining invaluable experience in golf course construction, including mastering land shaping, grading, and outdoor design, David realized his true calling was in residential landscape design‑build. He wanted to be able to connect directly with homeowners and transform their outdoor environments.​

Driven by creativity and hands‑on craftsmanship, David founded Landscape Creative Design | Build to merge his design expertise with real‑world installation skills. Today, the company specializes in custom backyard landscape design, hardscapes, pergolas, outdoor living spaces, and complete landscape transformations across Greater Atlanta. Every project reflects a deep commitment to thoughtful design, functional beauty, and a personal connection with each client.
