Landscape Creative Design | Build is a residential landscape design-build firm founded by David Neuman.​​​​​​​​​​

David’s passion for shaping outdoor environments started early, sketching golf course layouts as a kid and imagining how land could be transformed into intentional, beautiful spaces. That early curiosity led him to the University of Georgia, where he earned his Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture and built a formal foundation in design, grading, and site planning.

Following graduation, David worked in golf course construction, gaining hands-on experience in land development, drainage, and large-scale earthwork. That time in the field shaped his understanding of what truly makes a landscape successful: thoughtful design backed by precise, buildable execution.

Today, David leads every project from initial concept through final installation, combining a designer’s eye with a builder’s technical expertise. This integrated approach ensures each project is not only beautifully designed, but thoughtfully executed in the field exactly as intended.

Landscape Creative Design | Build specializes in custom residential landscape design, hardscapes, outdoor living environments, and full-scale backyard transformations across Greater Atlanta. Every project is approached with intention, clarity, and a focus on creating outdoor spaces that feel cohesive, timeless, and tailored to the way each client lives.
